I had this random idea for a margarita body scrub after seeing salt scrub and sugar scrub recipes. I thought, “Why not both?”, and an idea was born.
Feel free to use Olive or Grapeseed oil for the carrier oils. I chose Fracationated Coconut Oil because it’s practically odorless.
Lime is phototoxic. If you’re not going to wash your body with soap after the scrub, make sure you use this only at night so you have at least 12 hours before going into the sun.
Never use a body scrub on the bottom of your feet for safety as you could slip getting out of the shower or bath. Also keep away from your face and neck as this skin is more delicate. Whether you use it in the shower or tub, be EXTRA careful as the body scrub may make the bottom of the shower/tub very slippery.
