Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream

Anti-Wrinkle Cream

Adapted from Blooming in Bedlam

I’m not linking back as the original dilution is not safe as a 1% dilution is recommended for the face.

100 grams Mango or Shea Butter
1 ounce Rosehip Seed Oil
1 ounce Vitamin E Oil
12 drops Cypress Essential Oil
12 drops Lavender Essential Oil
12 drops Geranium Essential Oil
7 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
7 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Over low heat, melt mango or shea butter just until melted. Remove from heat and add rose hip seed and vitamin e oils, and stir until combined.  Let cool slightly, and add in your essential oils.

Yields about 3/4 cups or two 4 oz tins to the fill line.

I’m pretty sure it’s obvious, but be careful not to get into your eyes.

I’ll be 30 next month, so I’m starting to think about wrinkles and preventing them. We’ll see how this goes! I’m also giving my second tin to my mom, so I’ll do a follow up to this post in about a month.

  1. Appreciating the dedication you put into your
blog and in depth information you present. It’s nice to come across a blog every once
in a while that isn’t the same out of date rehashed
information. Great read! I’ve saved your site and I’m including your RSS feeds to my Google account.
