1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium onion, sliced into small wedges
3 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 to 2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit. Add ingredients to a zip-lock bag and mix until combined. Pour onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until just starting to get golden brown around the edges of all the vegetables.
