1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Grapeseed Oil (Or other liquid oil like Fractionated Coconut Oil or Sunflower)
7 Rose Petals
3 Drops Rose Essential Oil (Optional)
15 Drops Vanilla CO2 Extract
Place Sugar, Oil, and Rose Petals in a blender or food processor and pulse until the petals are dispersed.
Add Essential Oils and stir until fully combined.
Yields a little over 8 ounces.
