1 Cup Brown Sugar (Already has molasses)
3/4 Cup Cold Pressed Oil (I used Grapeseed)
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
3 Drops Ginger Essential Oil
Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
Disclaimer 1: I REALLY Love ginger. It is NOT offensive to me at all, so I used more drops than 3, but keep it reasonable. You could also, theoretically add a drop of cinnamon essential oil as well.
Disclaimer 2: The spices will stick to your skin, I suggest washing with a little soap afterwards to get the spices off. You will still have plenty of oil left on your skin to absorb.
