Pain Relief Massage Candle

INGREDIENTS
65 grams soy wax
10 grams shea butter or mango butter
45 drops essential oils (2% dilution)

I did 8 drops Roman Chamomile, 8 drops Black Pepper, 8 drops Clove, 8 drops Lavender, 8 drops Self Esteem Synergy, & 5 drops Cinnamon Leaf.

DIRECTIONS
Use a kitchen scale to measure soy wax and shea butter and tare (zero) in between. Add to a small saucepan and heat on low heat just until melted. Remove from heat and add essential oils.

Pour into 4 oz tin container and add wick. You may have to trim it to make it stand up on it’s own. Theoretically, you should tie it to something and let it hang straight down, but I’m a rebel.

TO USE
Light candle for about 10-15 minutes until some wax melts. Blow out candle and wait 1-2 minutes before using melted wax to massage into the skin as you would a massage oil.
